Despite the fact that our team also lost its second game, we can draw a positive conclusion. We scored in the second game in a row and at 5:1 against us, it could well have been 5:5. Unfortunately, the Aluminum was 4 times against and denied us more goals.

Our Beach Soccer experts Kierra, Kelly and Jennifer found the right words to motivate the team. Together with our coaches Ernest and Anthony it was possible to keep the concentration very high.

Every player outgrew herself and was able to show that she has improved a lot in the past few days. The team was well adjusted to the opponent, after this had been observed by Heiko and Sally the day before.

After the first period, it was only 2:0 against us. AD Pastéis was a bit surprised by our performance and progress compared to our first tournament appearance.

In the second period, however, Pasteís briefly turned up the heat a bit and was able to capitalize on little things to go up 5-0.

There was a curious scene in the last period, when our youngest player Julia took the ball abruptly in her hands. AD Pastéis was then very fair and placed the penalty shot besides the goal.

Our team could still reduce to 5:1 by a shot of our goalkeeper Jennifer, but 3 seconds before the end of the match, from a carelessness – Pastéis scored the 6:1.

We want to thank AD Pastéis for the fair and enjoyable game and we are happy to celebrate the great performances of both teams together with them.
