ECA

The European Club Association (ECA) created the Women’s Football Working Group to accelerate the growth, professionalism, and visibility of the women’s game across Europe. It brings together club leaders, experts, and practitioners who shape the strategic direction of women’s football at club level.

European Club Association (ECA) runs several expert working groups, and the Sustainability Working Group is one of the most forward‑looking among them. Its purpose is to help professional football clubs across Europe integrate sustainability into their strategy, operations, and community impact.
